OVERVIEW

WHY PARTICIPATE?

 Human Resource Management - Expert Training 1 is aimed to enable the participants to learn;

- The logical flow of the processes related to Human Resources Management and integration points with other transactions,

PURPOSE OF TRAINING 

At the end of HCM - Human Resource Management Expert Training 1, the participants will be able to;

- follow the personnel and organizational records,

- change personnel wage information,

- manage payments and deductions,

- manage payroll entries and calculate payrolls,

- integrate processes of Payroll - Accounting,

- calculate severance and notice payments,

- create leave entries, follow-up, and reporting,

- prepare legal reports,

- cater to their own individual requirements using Self Service transactions,

- create relevant reports.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

- HCM - Human Resource Management Expert Training 1 is held in a training room. However, training can also be provided via teleconference for the offices in other cities.

- After the theoretical sessions, dummy records are used for practice by the participants.

- Participants are allowed to create their own dummy records for practise purposes.

- Training index and content are shared as printed and/or digitally with the participants to provide a lasting learning experience.
