OVERVIEW

MODULE DESCRIPTION

The caniasERP Issue Management (ISM) module ensures that customer satisfaction and suggestions as well as customer complaints are categorized and kept in a single information pool. Thanks to this module, all complaints, suggestions and satisfaction feedbacks can be tracked and necessary actions can be taken. The "past" feature of the module provides information about the entire communication process involving the relevant customers or the contact persons.

PRE-REQUISITES

Preparation before the training: Having already installed caniasERP through EDU JNLP link shared on the participation form

Level of Knowledge:

- Having already participated INT - caniasERP Introduction

- Having already participated BAS - Basic Data Management

- Having already participated CRM - Customer Relationship Management

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

In the end of the ISM-Issue Management Expert Training participants will be able to;

- create and manange issue records,

- associate issue records with CRM actions,

- manage all the procesess belong to the ISM module.
